We develop
Green Adipic Acid,
which reduced
greenhouse gas emissions.

Adipic acid production is a significant source of nitrous oxide (N2O) emissions. This happens because N2O is generated as a by-product during the chemical reactions involved in producing adipic acid. Specifically, the process involves the oxidation of cyclohexane using nitric acid, which results in the formation of N2O.
N2O is a potent greenhouse gas, with a global warming potential approximately 273 times that of carbon dioxide (CO2). This makes it a "super pollutant" that contributes significantly to climate change.
Conventional method:

1 kg of adipic acid =140 liters N2O = 42.000 liters CO2

N2O is a greenhouse gas 273 times more potent than CO2
